​This Week In School…
Year 3 – have been working extra hard as it has been assessment week and have gotten to show all they have learned in Year 3.
Year 4 – have been working on writing informal letters in the role of the characters from the text Mouse, Bird, Snake and Wolf. In Maths, they have been learning about how to write amounts of money in decimal notation, converting from pence to pound and vice versa. 
Year 5 – have finished their alternative endings to their story and included most of the features of writing in English. In Maths, They have been looking at volume and capacity. They have been doing research on mountains types and have found some interesting facts about them.
Year 6 – have had a busy week continuing with rehearsals for their end of year production, preparing scenery and producing ticket and programme designs, as well as starting to sort costumes for the production.  They also worked hard at the end of last week, helping to run the Summer Fair!
