Updated Bluebells Rules

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Our Bluebells After School Club has now become a very popular place to be!
Due to this we have had to make some changes to our policy to make sure that all the children are safe and we have sufficient staff. Below show some of the key changes we have made with a link to our policy.

• Bookings must be made in advance to ensure we have enough staff – children will not be accepted into bluebells if a place has not been booked.
  
• Parents are required to book by midday on the day of the session (any bookings after midday will not be taken due to staff allocation).
• If a place is booked you will be charged unless you cancel the place at least 24 hours before hand.
  
• Places must be paid for in advance.
• We reserve the right to exclude a child if payment has not been made.
• Collection from bluebells will be from the playground gate until 4pm (if weather dry) and then after 4pm from the Year 4 classroom door.
