IVJS have been very fortunate to have been working with Iver Parish Council, Make Britain Tidy and Positive Arts on a very exciting mural painting down at Iver Rec. The work started two weeks ago, when we were joined by one of the artists and together we created lots of drawings based on the theme of wildlife. After being rained off on Monday, we finally got the right weather to get painting! Miss Rowe and Mrs Long took two groups of twelve students from across the school down to the Rec to take part in the next exciting step in the process – spray painting! Every single child (and adult) had great fun taking part and the pictures show just how much of a good job our budding young artists have done. Make sure you take a look at all their hard work the next time you are down at the Rec. Comments are closed.
