Dear Parents,
I hope you are well and keeping safe. Last night Boris Johnson announced that some children (years R, 1 and 6) will have a phased return to school after 1st June if the infection rate stays low. Like you, I heard the announcement last night. At this stage I haven’t got any details of how we are going to be doing this at IVJS but once the Government has released more details we can start to make a plan. I am sure that lots of you will have questions and as soon as I have more details from the Government and the Local Authority I will be able to let you know more. In the meantime, our school will continue to remain open for key worker and vulnerable children, and provide online learning for the children. We love all the photos that you are sending to us of your children learning new things! Thank you for keeping us informed and sending regular updates to the class teachers. As soon as I have more details I will be in touch. Stay safe, J.Digweed Local Leader of Education Headteacher Iver Village Junior School Comments are closed.
