This Week In School…
Year 3 – have been working hard on telling the time. They are getting good at reading clocks and solving problems! They have also written their own fables to teach people about a moral and have produced some excellent work!
Year 4 – have been researching David Attenborough and have begun writing a factual biography about his incredible life. In Maths, they have been calculating area and perimeter. Year 4 have also started their new topics about living things (and their habitats) and volcanoes.
Year 5 – have investigated angles, learning how to find missing angles and how to use a protractor. In English, they have been finishing off their argument for and against zoos. They have all worked very hard – keep it up!
Year 6 – have continued to work really hard in preparation for their SATs – Keep it up Year 6, nearly there! In English, they have been writing some very informative leaflets about the environment and how we can all help to save the planet.
