School Photos

I would like to inform you that our school photographer; Tempest Photography will be visiting Iver Village Junior School on Friday 12th October 2018. Individual photographs for all students will take place during the morning.
In school, we hold your child's data on our school management system, SIMS, and this is run on behalf of Buckinghamshire County Council by Capita.  It holds all of the pupil’s information that is required for their education including any special needs and medical information. 
Tempest Photography, will be given a list of all of the children and will assign them with a unique barcode which will enable the photographs to be uploaded into SIMS for identification of children. 
All data will be kept safely in accordance with GDPR laws and we use public task as your lawful basis; this means that we need to process personal data to carry out your official functions in the public interest.
