PGL October 2021 Update

Dear Parents/Guardians,

PGL October 2021 will be going ahead with the children departing on Monday 18th and returning Friday 22nd October, however, this is still dependent on any changes to the Government guidance.
We will be hosting a ZOOM meeting for parents on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 5:30pm to discuss the trip and answer any questions you may have. A text will be sent out closer to the time.

Equipment:
Children need to have a case with wheels - there is a walk from where the coach drops us to our cabins.  Your child will be responsible for transporting their own case to their cabin.

Please, please send your child with at least 2 pairs of old trainers.  If one pair gets wet, they will need the spare!  Please remind your child that it fashion is not important therefore the trainers need to be old or cheap.

What if your child displays COVID-19 symptoms whilst at PGL?
If your child displays any COVID-19 symptoms we will follow procedures PGL have put in place to manage any suspected infection which includes the use of designated rooms suitable for isolation whilst awaiting collection. We will then contact you as soon as possible and ask you to come and collect your child directly from Windmill Hill.
Please note, by sending your child on the trip, you understand that you are responsible for their travel to/from the PGL grounds should they need to travel privately due to COVID-19 isolation rules.
Pocket Money:
Please note that we will not be taking pocket money as children will not be using the shop on the site.
