Wednesday 15th June saw our Year 6 pupils hold a tea party for the local senior community. This was part of their community project organised by the local constabulary and Buckinghamshire County Council as a way to help children learn all about the local community.
Thank you to everyone who donated cakes and who came to visit our pupils on Wednesday, they really loved hearing all your stories about the area and even some involving our school 80 years ago! A message from FISA:
We hope everyone enjoyed the tea and cakes last Friday, it is a small thank you to everyone of you who has helped and supported our events throughout the school year, you have helped us make a real difference to the Iver Schools. Throughout last week and this week, we have had a few very exciting assemblies for all of the wonderful things our students have done on top of our Brainiacs for the week. Just look at this list of fantastic achievements we have been celebrating this week:
Ofsted have informed us today that they will be visiting our school tomorrow and Wednesday. We have sent at letter to parents explaining what will happen and asking everyone to complete a Parent Survey to help Ofsted get a better idea of how our parents perceive our school. Pupils have also received a letter asking them to complete a survey about the school and we have attached a guide to explain in greater detail about the visit, provided by Ofsted.
We really appreciate your views about our lovely school. Thank you. Please click here to view the parent letter. Please click here to view the pupil letter. Please click here to view the Parent Guide. This week in school…
